I highly recommend Officeworks in Campbellfield for all your Office, Stationery and Printing needs. I was served by a lovely young lady named, Zayneb, who really went over and above to help me with some very complex printing I needed done. Zayneb was friendly, extremely helpful, efficient and very professional and is an absolute asset to Officeworks.
Horrible customer service. I ordered business cards from this store so I could take advantage of same day printing, yet I still had to wait 30 minutes at the print and copy desk just to collect my order. They only had two staff behind the desk which is absolutely ridiculous, considering the amount of customers waiting in line. Never shopping here again.
I had an outstanding experience at this store thanks to Richard who helped me. His approach was friendly and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and shared clear, useful knowledge that actually suited my needs. His patience and positive attitude made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. 10/10
