The Staff (one lady who helped me find a good pen, and a lady & a man at the counter) were friendly and so helpful.
The staff are amazing. The rating is against the store and management. I have visited this store on extremely hot days and there was no airconditioning at all. It was cooler outside than inside. This has been the case for over 3 years. This is shocking for the management to be putting their staff and its customers through this while sitting in a cool office.
