Probably the most unhelpful store I've ever been to. Went early in morning to have something printed. Was told I can't get it printed same day as they have many outstanding orders and it's impossible which is fine I accepted it. Less than an hr later after I've left I get a text telling me it's ready to collect... Other times I've been to the store just over 1 hr before closing and I can't have sometime printed because they've already turned off the printer... Very friendly and helpful staff
Very disappointing experience. I came to print photos on photo paper and asked for help, but the staff said they didn't have time to assist me. I tried to do it myself but couldn't, so I left feeling frustrated. Poor customer service.
