Some of the least helpful, rudest staff members I have ever come across seem to work at this officeworks. They stand behind the counter chatting, staring while you are waiting for service. They don’t say please or thank you, they don’t offer any help unless you basically force them to help you. I avoid this officeworks like the plague. I go to Snap Printing in Camberwell instead, or literally anywhere else regardless of the inconvenience.
I was here browsing laptops with my acquaintances, and noticed there was one where the cursor was not being properly displayed. While trying to diagnose the source of the problem we were accosted by a terribly rude employee who told us we should “leave the laptops alone”. We were not acting in any disrespectful way to deserve such a confrontation. Terrible customer service.
Standard Officeworks.. Decent size for an inner suburb store. Good service and plenty of parking.
