Staff member Jazmin seemed to have an issue with serving customers on front desk. When a fellow team member of hers pointed out we were waiting she was hesitant to come and serve she was then told again by the staff member to which she very visibly rolled her eyes as if we were an inconvenience to her day. Customer service definitely needs to be improved.
Wanted to buy a computer, but only one dude was in the area. He Didn't aknowledge or say anything. Waited about ten minutes while he helped a lady. I then walked out and went elsewhere.
Don’t trust the staff to buy the print toner which will help you losing your money to buy wrong one. Even though you already bring the all thing to find out the right one.
