R visited Officeworks Bunbury and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members, Kayle. When I asked for assistance, I felt that my questions weren’t fully listened to, and the support I received came across as rushed and unhelpful. I left the store feeling frustrated and without a clear solution to my issue. Good store, long hours
Just been in spent $2000 on a new computer my husband was standing out the way with our little service dog in his arms it is way way to hot for them both to stay in car . Did not once put her on the floor inside the shop i was helped with my selection by a staff member who said nothing about the dog when i went to pay the girl serving me counted the cash i gave her 3 times then got this other guy to count it and he said dog was not allowed in even in my husbands arms ( she has been in there many times and nothing said to is)... read more
