The staff show ignorance towards customers. Watched me struggle with a trolly when they left a ladder at the end of the isle. Ignored me at the photo counter while two staff had a conversation. I know they are busy and have to meet kpis but not at the expense of customer service. The highlight was the lovely young lady at the checkout.
Came into this store today and met a very friendly man named Chazza who helped me tremendously. Got what I needed which was worrying me for a while, but it is all sorted now thanks to him. Grateful from Sharon
Grabed a chair through click and collect. Seamless satisfying service from Chazza who was juggling a busy end of day rush.
