Extremely poor fulfilment and communication experience with this Officeworks order. I purchased a MacBook for store pickup and received an incorrect item (JBL headphones) due to a fulfilment error. I was told a replacement MacBook would be arranged and available for collection by Monday. That replacement was never delivered or properly confirmed.
