Bought a kindle this morning for click and collect. Got an email shortly after saying "we don't actually have it". Called them and they said they can't do anything about it.. Because it's Saturday they can't refund me because customer service isn't open on the weekend. Blamed the system and thieves for the stock being wrong. Do your job! the stock will always be right

Always love this store. Neat, tidy and with a huge range to find just the right item I'm after. The staff are always friendly and happy to help aswell. Greeting on entry and when leaving is rare
Just went to this store to buy two SD card when pass by, found out cheaper somewhere and want to to do a price match. Staff mentioned about not allow to do price match with Amazon Australia anymore. Totally understand, and try find other local store website to match. Well they can match on that but not allow to buy multiple (2 or 3). Just went away and get it from other Officeworks, everything runs smoothly without any dramas.
