Absolutely astonished with the lack of compassion! My 14 year old spent her hard earned money today on an Apple Pencil today only to find that it was not compatible with her iPad . I took it back immediately expecting to be able to exchange it for the correct one . The Same person who sold it to us this morning told us that because she had opened the box she could not return it so that’s her hard earned money down the drain. Exchange policy does not mention this at all ! Very disappointed!
On the 19th, I went to the Browns Plains Officeworks to buy a CCTV camera. I noticed that many items displayed on the shelves were actually unavailable. I found one camera in the clearance section and purchased it immediately. While opening and setting it up, I realized that the product could not be used without a Smart Hub. I had the most amazing customer service here. I was struggling to use the copier machine, as the paper had jammed. I’d had a very tough day personally and was on the verge of tears before I walked in, so not being able to do such a simple task heighten my sadness. Then this lovely young man named Lachy came to my rescue. Not only did he fix the machine, he took me over to his counter and did the copying for me. He was so kind and helpful, it really lifted my spirits and I am so grateful.
