I had a fantastic experience at the print & copy section thanks to Reuben. I was having trouble accessing my POS pictures via email, but Reuben went above and beyond to help. He guided me through transferring the files from my laptop to a USB drive and ensured everything printed perfectly. He is incredibly professional, smart, and patient. Employees like Reuben make a huge difference—he definitely deserves a shoutout for his excellent service!
Today I purchased a speaker in the store and then went to the counter on the left to check out. However, even after I asked, “May I pay here?”, I was completely ignored. Only after asking several times did the staff member at the left counter vaguely tell me to go to the right counter. Even then, the staff member at the right counter continued to ignore me and allowed customers who were behind me in line to check out first.
