I visited this store today to purchase some stationary and noticed a difference in how I was spoken to at the billing counter. The staff member seemed friendly with the customers before me, but when it was my turn the tone became dismissive and abrupt. I may be new to the area but I still expect some basic courtesy when paying for items. I hope the store can remind the staff that consistent and respectful service for all customers is important!
Great store, don't have to go all the way in store just to use scanner's etc. Scored a bargain got pens for 0.50c last week.
Had to wait for about 10 minutes for someone to get my click and collect after the staff were passing me off from one to the next. Then received my item only to find after I had driven 3 hours away for work when I opened it that contents were missing. Spent a further 20 minutes of my time on the phone with them only to have them say I needed to come back in store to resolve the issue, refusing to courier the item to me and wasting even more of my time. So much for the convenience of click and collect.
Last Saturday girl behind the counter in the morning gave me dirty look for no reason when I went to pay for few items. Maybe she didn't want to be at work or like certain kind of people.
Printing photos is insanely difficult. Loads of problems with a lack of clear instructions. Staff are helpful but you als can’t call online.
