I was very frustrated by their fire stick product. I finally decided to just buy a new tv instead. Alfred was helpful and most sympathetic and promised to give me a good deal on a new tv to compensate for the 5 hours of frustration trying to get their firestick to work. I chose a telly and when I went to the till Alfred reneged on his promise claiming it was already discounted. (He could have given me something instead perhaps?) This is by far the worst online store I have ever dealt with. It feels like you are scamming customers by holding thousands of dollars for items you clearly cannot supply, and you don’t even bother to inform customers for months until they chase you for answers.
