Extremely frustrating experience at Officeworks Box Hill South I went to print some photos at the self-service machine, but after I paid successfully, the machine froze and wouldn’t print. I tried twice and it still didn’t work. I asked two different staff members for help, but neither of them provided any real assistance. They only tried for a few seconds, couldn’t fix it, and then just walked away to do something else.
