Process for printing services are poor. Went to pick up an order and the staff member didn't give me half the order. Called them that i needed it and the staff member suggested for me to get DoorDash to pick it up. Called back quite frustrated and got a different staff member. It wasn’t instant but after addresses my frustration they then offered a partial refund for the missing items and still allowed me to pick up the prints. Service provided was exactly what was required once the counter staff decided to attend instead of joking around sharing gossip while the queue grew along with open impatience.
