I visited the Officeworks near Flinders Street after work to get some passport-size photos for a visa. I waited quite a while before anyone acknowledged me at the counter. When a staff member finally took my photos, she showed me one that I didn’t like, so I asked for another. She then went ahead to print the next one without showing it to me, and I had to ask to see it before she continued.
