Excellent store with really helpful staff. I went in to return and re-process a phone purchase using a gift card, and the team accommodated the request smoothly. Great customer care!
I am beyond disappointed with the way I was treated at this Officeworks store today. Within less than a minute of walking through the doors, I noticed I was being followed around the store. Shortly after, one of the younger staff members approached me and falsely accused me of putting stolen items into my bag. In reality, I had simply taken my phone out of my bag.
