Best place for my photocopies nd nlarging prints.I stumbled upon it by mistake and now go here for all my photocopies .
I write this from the Print + Create queue where, as usual, I have waited over an hour in a long line with 1-2 staff to attend to all queries, incredibly slowly. Every time I visit this store the wait times are unbelievable. Customers surely can’t be expected to find 90 minutes in their day to print a few documents and I can’t imagine in any other service industry these wait times would be acceptable.
If I could give a zero I would. In all honesty what is the point of having a phone number if it’s never answered. I don't understand how hard it is to pick up a handset and help the customer on the phone.
Staff not in a hurry, not enough staff. Large queue but staff are being sent away from printing kiosk. Staff walking around like working in a nursing home (no hurry at all).
