Very poor customer service at Officeworks Bondi. Judy was dismissive, rude and seemed unwilling to help with a very straightforward purchase. It made a simple office supplies run far more frustrating than it should have been. Really disappointing experience.
Try and come here to print some things that I can't do from the manual printers. So sadly I need to go to the printing desk. So frustrating as there is always a line with only 1 or 2 ppl behind the counter. Mostly 1 person. Takes So long to get anything done . Staff walking around the floor that aren't busy. Can't they step behind the counter? Unbelievable
