I just bought a Wi Fi booster from the store. The first person who helped me was not very knowledgeable and tried to sell me a very expensive system. I went looking for someone else to help me and I found a nice young man named Oliver. He could not have been more helpful. He explained how it worked which was very helpful. The one complaint about the store is the elevator. It was filthy. I don’t think it has ever been cleaned
Will is absolutely great at his job. Helped me with printing photos and genuinely cared. We need more customer service representatives like him. Amazing human being. He needs to be in management with his care skills and attention to details. Great job Will.
Staff Taylah had the worst serving attitude I’ve ever seen. Typing the wrong shipment address, throwing my receipt on the table as soon as I finished payment, and ending up leaving the counter immediately. Never had I ever been served like this. So much love this shop🤩
Really frustrated with the printing system. Wouldn’t let me print without a usb, as it said my file was too large to email. The costumer service was not helpful at all but one text to my friend and he compressed the file for me in two minutes. Need to work on a better system and customer service. The products however are good and I recently printed a photo book though it came later than said was good quality.
Many staff at printing counter, but seems not much experience of them, working very slow and don’t know how to solve customer issue. Preparing your patience and long waiting time before you come here or suggest go other officework, drive 5 min more you will save you one hour waiting time here.
