We purchased a printer from your store in December. We have been into the store a number of times regarding this printer and each time we were lucky to have been served by Andrew. We would like to highly commend this young man, not only for his technical knowledge but for his helpful, patient, pleasant manner. He is an asset to your Company.
The manager working on 5 January around 7:30pm was the worst Officeworks staff member I have ever met. His name is Euan, not sure because he didn’t wear his staff badge. I had already placed a Click & Collect order online, but later found a lower price from a retailer that also has physical stores in Sydney, so I requested a price match. One of the most disorganised and understaffed Officeworks I’ve ever visited. Printing five small 5x7 photos, something that should take just a few minutes, ended up taking nearly three hours, despite there being no other customers waiting to print with that machine. The staff seemed unsure how to operate even the basic printing machines and couldn’t provide clear answers. To make things worse, someone who arrived after me received their photos first.
