I didn’t get my click and collect in time which is fair enough but was never notified or emailed of this. Ended up making an hour round trip just to be told it’ll be refunded only now after I’ve gone to collect it. Order made 28/9 went to collect 23/11.
Friendly staff
The online click and collect is a godsend, plus I like that they have recycling boxes for lots of unusual recyclables like printer cartridges and batteries.
