Terrible customer service. I had a click and collect order ready to be picked up and waited 20 minutes for someone to finally assist. Don’t go here if your in a hurry, you will just waste your time.
Was pleasantly surprised that they sell TV's at great prices too.
I was looking for something and I asked 1 of the staff where to look for it and that staff had been very rude , not very helpful. I know it’s early in the morning but you don’t have to take it out on the customers if you woke up on the wrong side of the bed!!! I didn’t get his name but he’s not Australian looking.
Today we spoke to Thomas about purchasing a laptop that was compatible with a complex business program. He was beyond helpful and professional! He was very knowledgeable in the and was able to recommend a great laptop for us. We had previously been to other places to inquire and we were not helped making it really stressful. Thomas had genuinely wanted the best for us and answered all our questions without hesitation. Highly recommend chatting to Thomas if you have any questions regarding technology!
