Bought a laptop on line on Saturday 11th July using click & collect. Once at the Ballarat store the service on the shop floor was very ordinary. I showed the fella my click and collect bizzo, I asked to be shown the same as I had bought on display. There wasn't one on display (Acer Aspire Lite 15) he said he will get my laptop and put it at the front counter.
