I went in looking for pencils that were listed as in stock. (Faber Castell polychrome120) couldn't find them so asked the only staff member in sight who said she didn't know any thing about pencils. She said very disinterestedy what aisle they were in, where I'd just spent 15 minutes searching. They weren't on display contrary to her or the website. I walked out. I'll be spending my $300 online.

Click and collect was amazing and really straight forward. The woman who collected my order was really friendly. The store has great prices, lots of stock and clean. I marked down my score for the woman working the registers. She wasn't welcoming at all. Seemed annoyed that I had asked where to collect my order from. I hadn't been to this store before so my question wasn't unwarranted.
Bought a new laptop, but it had an intermittent sound failure. Took it back in, and everything was resolved to my satisfaction without fuss. Brendan is fantastic.
