Called to Officeworks Auburn this afternoon. I have just wasted 32 minutes of My Life to discuss/ purchase a New LENOVO Laptop. Following a short discussion, it became abundantly clear that the Staff attention was a ZERO factor, aligned to the Computer Cash Register, which to Me is a REFLECTION of Officeworks MANAGEMENT or lack of the Same.. The Budget of $2500.00 remains in my Account, heading to JB HIFI or similar Business with Customer Service.

ERICA! I couldn't make it in earlier and i arrived at 5.40pm to print something in a dumb size. I looked at her gentle face and asked for her help. My Dad just died 2 days ago and needed something printed. My brain is not working and she took over and is doing it all to help. 6.04pm she is hanging back helping me. Give this girl a raise
