Very disappointed with the customer service at Officeworks. I recently bought a printer from there and had trouble connecting it. I called the store and explained the issue, and I was told to bring it back because they had onsite technicians who could help. When I went into the store and spoke to Rohan, he seemed completely uninterested in listening to the problem. Instead of helping, he just told me to call Epson’s helpline. Rude staffs who need to learn how to speak and the phone service is just a joke. No one picks up.
Auburn has the worst staff of any Officeworks I've ever been to! I asked a staff member if she could answer a quick question about a monitor, she didnt even look at me and said in a minute and walked away. I then waited for a few minutes and decided I'd take a gamble and purchase the monitor I had a question about. Got the check out and the staff member did not acknowledge me in any way, didnt look, didnt say hi, just started scanning. I was pretty disgusted by this stage and left after paying.
