My gf went here to price-match and buy a new iphone, afterwards the weird South asian (indian?) manager of there decided to take his lunch break and stalk her, make her uncomfortable and follow her to the hungryjacks saying ''im also going there to eat'' while asking her personal questions like ''where do you live''. Him following, and trying to flirt with her made her so uncomfortable she changed her route to savers instead. Please fire him or give him a warning.
Very disappointed with my experience at Officeworks. I purchased AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation, and my receipt clearly shows the ANC model. However, after opening the product, I found that I received the non-ANC version. I went back to the store expecting a simple exchange, but instead I was told the product was “different” even though the serial numbers on the box and AirPods match. Horrible, disinterested customer service. A product I wanted was on sale and supposedly still available - one left in stock according to the website. It wasn't available online - in store only. It was out of stock in all other branches so of course I was sceptical. I decided to confirm by phone before driving out there. Silly me.
