Annoying place for office work. Confusing parking lot, if you coming from south side good luck.
Was looking to find a basic stationary item, there were only 3 staff members in the whole store. 2 were at the printing station and one on top of a ladder stocking items. No one at the register or to answer questions or to assist.
Served by Cecilla in the printing department. Great service , nothing was to much trouble. Very polite and answered all our requirements. An asset to Auburn officeworks
Really shit customer services, I tried to place an order of two iphones and let my sister to pick it up on the next day since they don't have the iphone in stock. The staff told me they can not let someone else to pick it up. I am the one who pay for it, cannot nominated someone else to pick it up. So ridiculous.
Staff told me I could get a Price Beat on an OOS at the counter. Waited in line and was about 3rd out of a line of 10-20 people with 2 staff on registers. Got to the register and a lady with brown dyed hair, black glasses heard my request and started doing my order. About 30 seconds later, she left without any warning to start tackling the big line of customers while the other staff member went to the printers to do a job.
