Self printing is a bit tricking but when you ask for help they tell you they do it for you with a big smile! But what you don't know is they will charge you double price!!!!! once it was printed we realise about the prices (there was a sign in the wall camouflage with others) we told her and she said ah yeah! I can help you at the self service. Painful, all staff are useless and printing photos was a nightmare. They didn't come through and then the staff had to print them and I put them in as non cropped and they came out cropped
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Aiden (I think was his name) helped me select a wifi adapter for my PC and guided me through the options available.
lets you place orders for same day printing and pick up yet the printing machine is down and won’t be fixed till next week. at least update your website to show that
Staff wasn't much knowledgeable with price match mobile phones. 4 different staff came to attend us. Have been here twice and bought electronic items and had very positive experience. This one was disappointing.
