Absolutely unacceptable service. I waited 45 minutes for a basic print job during peak hours because there was no staff available at the print desk. Despite seeing employees walking around the store, nobody was attending to customers needing print services. For a store of this size, this points to a serious management failure. Very disappointing experience and not one I would expect from a professional business.

Repeatedly poor service. It took way too long to scan and print a single photo, which should have been a very simple task. The staff seemed uninterested, although the girl serving me did her best. There were several customers waiting and the whole process was extremely slow. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've experienced poor customer service here. If you need assistance or are in a hurry, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

I needed to organise some images for my father’s service tomorrow, and not knowing where to start, I was helped by the Print Section Manager, Nathan. He took me through the process step by step and showed me exactly how to order the prints from their booth. Without his guidance, I would have spent a lot longer trying to work through the steps on my own.
