Horrible experience dealing with Alexandria manager with a beard it's like talking to ai does not listen to problems we are having with 2 month old computer and refuses to acknowledge Australian consumer law that as a customer I can demand a refund for major failure on laptop within 2 months just keeps repeating same lines will. Not refund will send back to Lenovo service centre

I’d like to commend Alicia and Jack from the Officeworks Alexandria Print & Copy team, especially Alicia, for their excellent customer service. I came in around 5:30 pm for same-day mug printing and was told that only two mugs could be completed, which I completely understood as it was a late rush order. I waited for about 2.5 hours, and to my surprise, they were able to finish my order that evening. I visited Officeworks Alexandria on Saturday, 18 July 2026, at around 4:30 pm, and I felt compelled to leave a review after what I witnessed. I first want to acknowledge two outstanding employees. There was a young team member assisting customers in the queue who was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. At the printing counter, another young employee, whose name I later asked for, was serving what seemed like the entire queue on her own.
