Worst experience I’ve ever had at this store. I first asked a staff member whether they had a whiteboard marker, and I was told they didn’t. However, when I checked online myself, I found that the exact same item was available for pick-up at the same store. It was very frustrating to receive incorrect information from staff. Unfortunately, another disappointing experience with Officeworks’ tech repair service. I came to the Alexandria store specifically because Officeworks Lewisham had directed me here for assistance with my Mac. After making the trip based on their recommendation, I still wasn’t able to access the repair/support service I had been sent there for. The lady in the photo is not friendly and patience. What happen is I was using the self print photo service, I wait for five minutes and scan the receipt is still loading because I have used this surface before therefore I know it will not be that long and then I go to the reception and ask the reception say is still loading, you have to wait. Is it standard practice for a worker to take a phone call from another customer, tend to their order, and then do three other customers at the same time as serving you and fulfilling your request? A 5 minute printing job took 20 minutes yesterday. Ridiculous. Jack, if you're reading, maybe don't take a seperate customer's call at the same time as serving a customer.
