I recently had some wedding menus printed today at Officeworks in Alexandria. While I’ve had less than great experiences there before due to slow service and limited staff, I want to give a big thank you this time. A young gentleman with blond hair assisted us, and he was fantastic helpful, efficient, and clearly skilled at multitasking. Despite helping other customers, he made sure our order was handled quickly and smoothly, keeping wait times down. We truly appreciated his effort and hope he sees this message great job!
Was over charged for a PC monitor. When I questioned the charge, I was told to take a photo of the discounted price from a sign above the monitors on the shelf. No one lifted a finger to help. I had to prove it myself. Worst of all, no apology for their mistake.
Great service from Printing Employee with awesome quality paper result, and he helped me til 9pm this evening. The most friendly Employee I have met.
staff is incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful ! printing management is easy and efficient too
