Friendly helpful staff. Easy to get to and park.
I went in to have our three passports scanned. The front desk staff checked with the scanning staff, and they confirmed they still had about half an hour before closing and could do it. The guy who was about to scan the passports was ready to help, but then a lady stepped in and said they couldn’t do it because it was close to closing time. I pointed out that there was still half an hour left, but she insisted it would take the full half hour, and since we had three passports, they wouldn’t do it.
