The female staff who wear glasses at cashier is so rude. Disgusting customer service. I went there twice and same staff was at cashier, she was so rude both time.

Even when the store is packed, they’re consistently warm, helpful, and incredibly polite—greeting you with a smile and even saying goodbye as you leave. It’s rare to find retail staff who maintain such genuine friendliness and professionalism under pressure. A truly outstanding example of what great customer service should look like!
I needed a notepad for an event I attended. It was really good they opened early as it was the only place open early on Thursday 7th August 2025, before my meeting. A very convenient location. One part I found odd is the physical notepads were the second level down with no physical notepads on the first level down. I guess it’s the way the world is going.
