Um, depends If you have references from your last job, they are great for you. I used them a lot in the past, and then got a full-time job. After that ended badly, I tried to go back to Office Team, because we had done well in the past. My old job wouldn't give me a reference at all, so Office Team wouldn't give me work. It was a very stressful situation.
