I am extremely satisfied with OfficeSupply.com! I placed my first order with them this week and received the full order the next day; I did not expect that but it was a great surprise. Everything I ordered was sent correctly, and the prices are terrific! I will be ordering all of my office supplies through them from now on.

I placed an order on Aug 25, 2020, the order shipped the following day per an email from Officesupply.com. I contacted them on Sept 3, 2020, saying I still had not received the items and asking when I could expect them. They replied the next day, saying the order had been delivered and attached a delivery receipt which was blank, no information on it. I replied back saying I did NOT receive anything and would they either ship the items or refund me. By Sept 8 I still had not had a reply so I tried to call, their phone number... read more

Have been using this company for office supplies for about 2 years now. Have never had a problem, but then again, I have not had the need to purchase furniture from them which seems to be the complaint. Always processes timely, prices below their competition, on time delivers. They have become my go to for office supplies. I do not even check the competitors anymore because in 2 years they have yet to beat this company's prices. zero stars. Takes forever to get someone on the phone even when you hit the option to make an order. I needed to return scotch tape for a different size and they wanted to first of all transfer me to the returns dept ( another 30 min wait). The order dept couldn't do ANYTHING for returns. She proceeded to tell me I would pay shipping back for the return and shipping for the new item since it was not over 45.00 I had already contacted them via their form online for returns which stated it takes up to 8 hours to hear from them... read more

I purchased new furniture to set-up a home office from them. The purchase was done during Covid-19, so I understand some of the delay, but their communication channels are terrible. With most on-line shopping websites, they send updates if your product will be delivered on time or not. It does not happen with Office Supply. I needed to keep sending emails to the help@officesupply.com to get any update. The order was done in June and it was delivered in August. I have placed several orders for office supplies with this company and was pleased. With a small business emphasis, we try where possible to order with places other than the gigantic rain forest retailer or the two main box office supply stores that have since merged into a big company. Never had any issues. Prompt shipping, reasonable prices.

A picture tells it all. My file cabinet arrived in a box that was too small with absolutely no padding. The Plastic wrapping was re-taped, this is not a new item. (Too bad i can’t download pic for you!)

So frustrating. Broken bookcase taking forever to return and ridiculous policy about my having to re-box or shrink wrap this huge, defective item (what? like, I’m not living in an office or warehouse!). Long delays between emails and/or miscommunication. Customer service kind of argumentative and impatient. Never buying from here again.

Website spams you with free shipping and free easy returns, yet I tried to cancel an order an hour after submitting it and was told: -They are unable to cancel any orders -shipping was $99 for a desk and file cabinet, furniture isn’t applicable for any of the coupons they bombard you with -even if you return the furniture, box unopened you are paying return shipping. So it will cost $200 in shipping for me to return a file cabinet I immediately tried to cancel which is only valued at $125.
