I purchased Sharpie product 12 dz. for my customer, my buyer company within 15 days never recieved delivery. when i call to office supply, they told order deliver within 2 days. but they never providing any tracking #. this company is very very unresponsible , not happy at all

I did a Google search for Combat ant traps, and Office Supply came up with a price that was exactly half the cost of most of the other stores' cheapest prices. I needed them since last week, so I ordered them immediately. Only after I ordered them did I realize that I'd never heard this company, so I decided to check the reviews. Ordered 10 bottles of gel toilet bowl cleaner and package of k-cups. Received box this morning and entire contents are leaked in box. 10 bottles of liquid bleach! Of course, I did not know this when I picked up the package in the dark at 630 this morning when it was delivered (yes, delivered at 630am) and it got all over my expensive work clothes. I purchased new furniture to set-up a home office from them. The purchase was done during Covid-19, so I understand some of the delay, but their communication channels are terrible. With most on-line shopping websites, they send updates if your product will be delivered on time or not. It does not happen with Office Supply. I needed to keep sending emails to the help@officesupply.com to get any update. The order was done in June and it was delivered in August. A picture tells it all. My file cabinet arrived in a box that was too small with absolutely no padding. The Plastic wrapping was re-taped, this is not a new item. (Too bad i can’t download pic for you!)
