Made me verify my identity as well as phone number multiple times and then canceled the order due to out of stock after wasting hours of my time.
I purchased Sharpie product 12 dz. for my customer, my buyer company within 15 days never recieved delivery. when i call to office supply, they told order deliver within 2 days. but they never providing any tracking #. this company is very very unresponsible , not happy at all
I did a Google search for Combat ant traps, and Office Supply came up with a price that was exactly half the cost of most of the other stores' cheapest prices. Just an awful company overall. On 11/10/20, I purchased 2 boxes of pens for $48.83. They emailed me and stated that the order was placed on hold because I wasn't shipping them to my billing address. I tried contacting them over the phone but after waiting 45 minutes, I decided to use the option where they call you when they are available. Guess what? No one ever called me back. Ordered a package of boxes. 3 business days later I checked tracking and the label was made but hadn't been shipped. Called and got a message that everyone in customer service was busy helping shipping. Called again and got through to an operator. yada yada. They admitted it had not been shipped out, possibly lost but they could reship or cancel for me. They wouldn't expedite shipping. She stated they don't guarantee anything will ship within 2-3 days. I apologize for the delay in your shipment, your order was processed on 12/10/20 the same day your order was placed, you can also see that the label was created on 12/11/20 for your shipment, the package was given to UPS on that date, unfortunately with all parcel companies are seeing a delay in deliveries. I do show your order has been delivered on 12/16/20 via UPS .
A very unprofessional online company. Avoid them at all cost if you want office supply. I ordered office supplies on December 3rd and on the December 11th I contacted them to find out they had cancelled the order and said nothing to me. They are like an online scam. You will lose your time and be careful.

Ordered 10 bottles of gel toilet bowl cleaner and package of k-cups. Received box this morning and entire contents are leaked in box. 10 bottles of liquid bleach! Of course, I did not know this when I picked up the package in the dark at 630 this morning when it was delivered (yes, delivered at 630am) and it got all over my expensive work clothes. This company lied to me. They took three weeks to admit their mistake and refund me. I spent many hours on the phone with my bank worrying. They tried to call it "a missing package" when they claimed to have delivered it to a business office, when I live in a residential neighborhood in a house. I guess their delivery person can't read addresses? Why would they leave a package at the wrong address??? They didn't see the address bc they didn't deliver anything. The bank told me they had many complaints on this business.
I placed an order yesterday and after the order was placed realized 2 items I'd intended to order weren't in that order. The website had a link to add to my order so I did that. When I tried to update the order, the website tried to refill the entire order plus my added 2 items. This company sends a lot of email promotions advertising discounts.
