We waited for almost an hour past our scheduled appointment! And when the vet finally came to see our pet, she said it's only going to take 5 minutes. That 5 minutes was actually 20! This is the second time this happened to us. The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe there really was an unforeseen event to cause the delay. The admin need to seriously look into how they schedule their appointments. This is very disrespectful of other people's time!
The care provided was fine, but the overall experience was disappointing due to the long wait and poor communication. We were initially told the wait would be 20 minutes, but after multiple follow-ups it kept getting extended. If we had been informed upfront that the wait time would be 40–45 minutes, we would have come back later. My dog was a regular since she was a puppy. Brought her for dental checkup got a quote for dental clean and scale grade 1. Same cost as we got 9 month ago fron Dr Brandon, accepted that and booked an appointment. Today, lessthen a week later, i picked her up after the procedure to get billed for 250$!!!! More.
