The level of care there is generally okay, but this really depends on who you get. Today Dr. Rafia Zannath spoke down to me in such a condescending manner when she refused to give me a carer’s certificate for my day off work. She could have explained her reason for refusal much kinder than what she did - had she, I would not be writing this review. I ended up leaving her office quickly and I’m so glad I did. Needed to get flu shot
I have been seeing one of the doctors here for years, always given the most basic level of care to relieve symptoms for an a cute issue - never any proactive or preventative care offered, no calls to book an appointment to check in after being in hospital (I called to ensure my discharge summary was there) and notes inaccurately recorded leading to health recalls that are inaccurate.
