I have had multiple experiences with Paradigm Health on Princes Highway, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care I have received. Dr Chander Hrstic is an incredibly caring and compassionate doctor who genuinely puts her patients first. She takes the time to really listen, shows empathy, and makes you feel heard and understood. I’ve been seeing Dr Hrstic for many years and highly recommend her. She always listens and is incredibly thorough about how she goes about diagnosis and treatment. The only thing I would comment on is that sometimes she does run very late with her appointments…. But when you get in to see her, she’ll spend as long as she needs with you to resolve your issues and answer all of your questions. Reception staff are always helpful as well.
Fantastic doctors, amazing reception and nursing team! Iv seen a couple doctors at Paradigm health and each one has explained everything to me in a way that was kind, easy to understand and really reassuring. They make you feel comfortable and never rush you out the door. The reception team are 11/10.
