I ordered a chair mat Item 448906 online because it was not available in the local store. It was scheduled to arrive on 8/31 but came today. I was unable to track this package shipped via EXCEL. I was not home because my husband had surgery today. The mat was folded and the item is damaged- it will never go flat under the chair which is its purpose.
