Do Not EVER buy a service plan from this store. The people there sold us a protection plan for my bluetooth saying that it covers everything including stepping on, broken, etc. Should not have believed them, because their protection plan does not cover that. We bought the protection plan specifically for accidental damage. They need to train their people better, and be HONEST with their customers about the protection plan. I am very disappointed to say the least!
