I went in to this store location to get some cloth placemats laminated. I found some menu protective laminates that came in a 15 pack for $20. Since I only needed 4 things laminated the cashier suggested I go to the printing services desk. I asked how much it would be to laminate the 4 placemats and they quoted me $8. Michael Corder 3 hrs · I needed an ink cartridge. I doubled up on my opiates and Tylenol hoping to walk into Office Max, and back out. I made it into the store, and got to the ink, then I had to sit down for a few minutes. The nearest thing was a stack of printer boxes. So I did, and a "sales associate" promptly comes over and tells me I cannot "just sit around in the store"... While I will admit, I look somewhat like a vagrant recently, still. I will NOT be shopping there again.
They are way over priced for faxes. How the fuck can you charge someone $1.89 per page? At most it should be 10 cents! Fuck you and go eat a dick!
Horrible customer service!!! Don't go their for any business needs!
