The employees at the Bell rd location are amazing. I made a stupid mistake while purchasing bulk items for a charity event, and every employee working Sunday helped to return and repurchase the correct items. They were very patient, and kind while dealing with what I'm sure was an annoying hitch in their bust day. They were busier than normal in the stores day, but still took the time to treat me with every curtesy. Great job! And thank you. I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart!

They wont price match to their own website. The cashier was 0% interested in helping with a purchase that would have been over $100. She said it was company policy. This is in fact true i looked it up. I guess its nice to come in and look at the stuff and then go home and purchase online from a competitor. They did say we go online and have it shipped to the store in several days. The cashier was polite but not one of the other half dozen employees asked if i needed help.
