Thanks a lot for charging me two times and not even apologizing when I had to come back into a store for a refund... ridiculous! I was told on the phone that I could come back into any store and receive a refund, but when I got to the store close to me I was told they cannot give me a refund in the store that they had to fill out some form to submit and give me a call back a few days later. But when the guy came out of his office he proceeded to give me a refund without saying anything at all...
very disappointed saw an elderly man taken advantage of by your young gentleman at the register. the customer told him he was told an item was $33.00 and change and it was ringing up $60 something. instead of checking to see about it he basically told him too bad. the gentleman paid the $60 something dollars and walked out the door. it was a floor mat that he was struggling to carry and nobody offered to help him carry it out (problem #2). then the co-worker who had told him the price comes up to make sure this gentleman was... read more
