Put it this way... I'm never stepping foot in the store again.....my experience kinda makes me never want to spend another dime of my money at any OfficeMax again. Yeesh. Time is money and and 45 minutes of mine got wasted with no resolution 🤷🏽♀️ Which is pretty much all it takes for me.... Hope you guys get your printers and email servers fixed 👋
I had the pleasure of meeting Brian today, one of the Store Managers. I had ordered a banner which have been printed incorrectly. Him and his team were very gracious. They helped to rectify the situation. They were outstanding!
I had a bad experience at the printing center when their representative never mentioned a fee for fixing or ‘manipulating’ the files to their system. Also he went ahead a started printing in the most expensive card stock paper without mentioning the options and prices. I just want to mention this because they now charge $1+ per minute, a fee they never had before and will not mention upfront and having issues at this department is very common.
