I stopped in Monday & spent $100.00 & got my $20 off. . . 3 bags of stuff! 1 bag missing. Office Depot stepped up & offered to replace the $65 worth of ink!!!! Fortunately, an honest person found it & I got it back! Thank you Office Depot!
I will never purchase anything from here again. I had a problem with my order and the representative was laughing in the background. I asked her why and 7 min later got a call from prankdials dot com. I called back a supervisor (Mary) to let them know I don't appreciate the misuse of my personal information and she informed me that it was not from their call center (even though she did not investigate my complaint yet to have that knowledge yet)...Kept Interrupting me and then even though I said goodbye just HUNG UP ON ME. $12.99 for printer cartridges, AWESOME!! Everything was easy to find, and the employees make sure you find everything you're looking for. The store is clean, easy to move around, and there are not a ton of boxes in the walkways, like at other office stores. ;)
