Zero Customer Support skills I visit this place frequently for business needs. Jared has the worst customer services ever! He always seems as if he does not want to be there, never get any type of greeting and I always get the feel that I should be thankful that he assist me when I request it. For a location that hardly has high volume of traffic I would expect better customer support. I will just conduct my business online so I don't have to interrupt him while he is at the computer.

I was a regular customer of this Office Max. Since becoming an Office Depot I find the store to be poorly stocked and empty. I regularly use 110 card stock. We have made 4 attempts to purchase some. Each time they have been out of stock. It is just not as good a store as Office Max. Frankly they no longer meet my needs as a small business person. If they were no longer there, I would not miss them.
