They refuse service to people with disabilities who cannot wear a mask even when they are social distancing. They told us to leave because our special needs daughter wasn’t wearing a mask (the rest of us were). We even explained the medical reason, but the employee did not care.
First customer service blows at this store. Next they want to do computer diagnostics on people’s computers but can even keep their own up and running.
I'm very satisfied with the customer service skills while on the phone with Andrea. After I listed 3 items and questions, this store#6826 can only fill 1 Item on the list. Hopefully, someone in the company will read this and offer to assist in completing my list. Yours truly, Constance Hartman
