Went to print and scan a medical form (one page). Which I’ve done many, many times and have never had a problem at other locations. I go in and wait about 3 minutes at the counter before I am even noticed by the employee who has her back turned to me, I tried to get her attention several times. Went to drop off packages for fed ex delivery and get more shipping labels..its was 745p and the door wouldnt open so I went back to car and another customer tried getting in and same same. He got attention of worker Inside who had to physically pull door open and by time i got back. Door shut and req'd worker to open. ?? Wander how much business lost bcuz door not opening ?
