I received exceptionally fine service today with a computer that was NOT working. Rob worked with me for well over an hour. When I left the store, I was ready to work with my clients already scheduled for today. He certainly exceeded my expectations for service and advice. I am so grateful!
Absolutely the worst print center in existence. I work for a business that regularly prints from this location. On three separate occasions they have dropped the ball on having our work completed. Today was the last straw. A 2,500 copy order that was emailed over Wednesday April 26, 2017. I called to verify they received the email and that the instructions were clear, and they had received it.
