An absolutely stellar employee helped me find the best solutions for my printing needs when I came into the store! A+ customer service and absolutely made my day I must say I do feel bad I didn't get the associates name but they were great!
Here at 11:05 on a Sunday for 20 copies, I was told the copies would be ready at 3:00 pm. Went in at 4:00 pm, could not find the order, after searching just started the order at 4:05pm. Not good service at all!

Not a great experience at all. The store closed at 7. We entered at 6:30, the registers were already getting closed out and the safety gates were being pulled down. We were trying to get some items printed in the copy center and we got so much help from Niah. She was patient and helpful. But two managers were trying to rush us out of the store before 7pm.
