Made an appointment for TSAprecheck at 11am. I arrive on time only to wait 40 minutes for my 4 minute appointment. People who arrive without proper documents should have their appointments canceled so those who don't aren't penalized. Also, please add some chairs to the waiting area.
An absolutely stellar employee helped me find the best solutions for my printing needs when I came into the store! A+ customer service and absolutely made my day I must say I do feel bad I didn't get the associates name but they were great!
