Have been wanting an office chair for awhile and they had a sale on. An employee asked if he could help. I asked my questions and he answered them fully. Every time i go there, i am really impressed by the people working in the print/copy department. They really have their act together. The company is lucky to have such good employees.

Customer service was not important at all. In fact, a worker decided (during mid transaction) to go drink her coffee a friend brought her and handed me off to another person who didn’t help. On my way out the door I let two other “chatting” workers know that there was no one there that was helpful. Do not go there unless it’s a last resort.
