went in to talk about tablets with someone to research before buying and the guy flat said "i don't know any more than what's on the placard". there was literally no one in the whole story who could tell me about tablets and help me find one that suited me specifically. i've been in before and couldn't find anyone to help me either. staff needs better training, esp on big items like tablets. i went to best buy.
