Twice, I have been mistreated by Lance, supervisor. Both times he was rude, dismissive and pushy. No follow-up ,so we now happily shop at Amazon, where the customer service is stellar.

Please make sure managers and staff know how to process coupons correctly. Funny how one store has no problem accepting the same coupons that the employees at this location claim they can't accept. Oh and thank you for asking if I had a rewards card (which you didn't). �
