The customer service is kind to you when asking where something is. It's a great place for getting writing utensils and neat handbooks.
They’re horrible. Had an employee at the print desk say he couldn’t print a .doc file because his boss was in a meeting. Not really sure how someone can’t print a simple word document
My only experience here is with the print shop, and they are excellent. They have gone above and beyond to help me when I have messed up my own orders.
