You can say that they are a full service business for other businesses and shoppers looking for supplies for their homes.
We took our very sick Brother printer into Office Max on South Oneida Street in Green Bay this morning. We were very lucky to have Ian Snyder, office equipment technician, look at the ailing printer. He knew exactly how to fix it, all within ten minutes. Even though it is seven years old, it now works like new. The store was very clean and organized. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Prices are competitive and technical services are the icing on the cake.
I don't know how well of a store they are. All I know is that yesterday I called and put it on my speaker phone. I hung up after 35 minutes of listening to their music. I tried calling again today and after 20 minutes my wife please hang up I am tired of listening to their stupid music. So I was trying to see if they carried something but since they never answer their phone I went to Staples.
Went in to get my screen replaced and my phone came back damaged. When trying to get the situation resolved, they jerked me around for a month after several promises. Finally after a month they told me they never put in for a refund. And that they needed too. Now still waiting
This past winter the copier was jammed and the mgr was right there, but told me to wait for help and he got back to pushing his cart of stuff to the back room. I went there to ship something, and they wouldn't take the package unless I purchased something AND that same manager was rude about it too. Last night I went there for a charger for my Acer Chromebook that I bought there, (i bought 2 total).
