This store is absolutely horrible. the management cant be bothered with a serious issue, the staff doesnt care. Billing issues they dont give a crap. No one can tell me why my card is being charged 3 weeks after a purchase for a second time!
RecommendedStopped by early today and Jacob was just awesome. Once o got home and still couldn’t figure it out he walked me through each step. Bravo for Jacob!!!!
This store is close to my home but three times I have been here and all three times employees have been rude. I won’t come back
Terrible customer service
Absolutely complete assholes. Manager is unable to make a simple phone call; never follows up on his word. Never wants to answer the phone.
