Bought ink for an HP Printer I purchased there. It wasn't the proper ink. I came to exchange it for the right ink but had not brought the receipt with me. They refused to EXCHANGE it for the right ink because ink is a 'high theft item'......I guess they were saying that I stole it. I didn't want a refund, genius! I have shopped there for many years an have always been very satisfied with both their service and selection.
The absolute worst place to come to. I don't fault the associate Sam, who works in Impress, I fault the management. Every Time I go in this store there is one person working in print, and one on the register. As I type this review I have been in line for 50 minutes and counting. This ridiculous.
Always helpful and makes so many tasks so simple. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always my go to for so much, home and work related.
Bad customer service. No greetings when you first walk thru that door
The wait was ridiculous! The service was poor. I called in advance & that should have given me a clue not to come here. I was told it would take an hour over the phone. The guy in store said "s day or so". When I asked how will I know it's ready, he says "Well, you left us your number & email, so someone will probably call you or email you." So annoyed right now!
Reggie the store "manger" is the most aggressive and offensive person I have ever met . I love Office Depot like a child in a toy store . I will never go to this location again . I would recommend making the trip to the Office Depot up the road on brandon Blvd and speak to Jeff the store manager to be treated like a human . Reggie should be fired , I am making his service well known in the bussiness community.
I love this Location the service is the best. The employees make sure that each experience is the best. They know there regulars by name.
Every person in this store is an expert in their department. Their cooperation and professionalism is outstanding. Every visit there has been an great experience with total satisfaction, and a compliment to the employees. They are patient, kind and wonderful . Great job everybody, I will see you very soon.....again!
