I like the fact that there is a fb page for my store, but I would like some control over it. I’d like to be able to make the page more well known and more readily available for clients. I’d also like to be able to do fb live videos of events in my store. We’ve been having a lot more events and they are becoming successful, it would be nice to be able to reach people through my businesses page! Social media is the way to go now a days, and this is greatly under used by whoever has control of the page!

I’ve been shopping here for roughly 10 years and it never fails. People in the store are not trained with any sort of customer service culture. Service is slow, greetings are almost nonexistent and simple things like asking me for my phone number for my customer loyalty rarely happens. This store feels like the ShopKo of office stores.
