I paid for a chair with my debit card to pu at store.i got to store to pu and was informed it was set up for del. I had them cancel that and bought the one in the store,which was already on a cart at the front of sore. the original was canceled by the manager , on line. took chair home .next day del brings another chair which I refused.i still have not had money returned to my debit card. 3 calls to 800 numbers plus the store and I get no help on this. not sure if calls were to I die but it sure seemed so and all persons sou... read more
Kudos to East Peoria OfficeMax for your willingness to hire persons with "different" needs. I had the pleasure of meeting a young lady named Jessica in your store today. She spoke about her job with great pride and was diligently doing her assigned tasks. I wish there were more employers who recognize the contributions of all people. I will continue to give this store my business!
I've always liked this OfficeMax store, and when I went there about a month ago to have some images scanned, printed and saved to a jump drive, Becky was more than great, she was awesome! Despite some of the equipment not working efficiently, she did everything I asked plus exceeded expectations to size the final product without being asked so it would be easier to frame. And she was a riot to talk to! I highly recommend this business.
John and Charles were both so kind, caring, patient, and knowledgeable as we seniors tried to choose the right computer.
Great employees! Thanks for helping my son today after his horrible experience at Walmart. Great store!
