Employee slammed my laptop down because she had an attitude
The employees were VERY RUDE especially the supervisor by the way she acted out today I’m sure she’s PREJUDICE her people skills SUCK!!! I’ll be calling corporate as a paying customer I’ll take my money and business elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This place SUCKS. I placed an online order yesterday with one hour pickup on ink and same day on custom stamp. They didn't get my order until about an hour ago. They can't accommodate me for the inconvenience. I will NEVER shop your company again.

Can't believe you would charge someone $26 to Fax some papers! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! It's not as if I'm using your ink or paper....I'm using your phone line. I will never ever ever ever ever shop at your store again, for anything.....simply ripping people off!!!
I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Office Max i stopped there the other day and needed copies made of flyers made as my 14 niece was missing I didnt have much money and I talked to the manager at the time told him what was going on and he donated flyers to hand out. It was great and they helped. I wanted to tell them that she is home safe now. Thank You for all the help you did.... I also do alot of my school shopping great prices watch for the deals
I'm very disappointed with Office Max today! I went to the store to buy supplies for my classroom, which I do every year, and they wouldn't extend any limits. I'm very sad because I work in the inner city and provide the majority of the supplies my kids need. Office Max has always been generous with their limits which has always been a perk for teachers. Sad to say I will be shopping elsewhere.
