On a bad note, I brought on 4 different occassions during this past year, 10 empty ink cartridges (each time) for my perk points, then when i went on in november to redeem they were not recorded. I emailed office max and of course they want all your paper that says you turned in 10, i only could find 2 reciepts so I am out 20 cartiridges. Check your account people, On a good note ERIC the guy at the register is the most pleasant and friendly worker there, thanks eric

I'm having the BEST experience right now printing my senior thesis. We got the assistant manager, Heather, at the service center, and she is the BEST!
Was just denied service for an enlargement of a map that I need for a show tomorrow. There was NOBODY in the place but me. Instead I was told about the long list of jobs that were ahead of me. Poor service squared.
