Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but a HUGE thank you to the two managers who helped me find certificate holders and especially what you did for me! It was greatly appreciated, I will definitely be back with all my printing needs!
We mailed priority post Christmas gifts for over $150 at OfficeMax to have them end up back on our own doorstep because they did not fill out the correct paperwork. They then told us they couldn't do anything for us because it would cost over $600 to mail them again in time for Christmas. Thanks OfficeMax for terrible customer service.
I went into OfficeMax on 2978 yesterday to have a copy made. The nicest young man, Chandler helped me and did the copies. He texted me when he was done to come pick them up. What a great young man. I had back major back surgery, so walking with a back brace, cain and so forth. He couldn’t of been nicer, professional and polite. OfficeMax has a great employee in Chandler. He is the kind of young man that just stands out from the others.
