I only tell my story to make sure people take the time and be careful. I needed a better desk, so I went online searched for desk found actually two at this location. I paid a rental truck went and selected the one hour pick selection and went to go pickup my desk as it states one hour pickup is available. Got to the store one hour later what may seem to be the desk I paid for was being given to someone else. I told the representative my name and I am here to pickup an order. Never again will I shop in your store I brought back a stapler and I asked the kid to look it up on my rewards card and stated that he can't. I was told if I didn't have a receipt that they can't do anything for me I explained to him all I wanted to do was exchange it for a new one that actually worked he said we can't do that.
