I only tell my story to make sure people take the time and be careful. I needed a better desk, so I went online searched for desk found actually two at this location. I paid a rental truck went and selected the one hour pick selection and went to go pickup my desk as it states one hour pickup is available. Never again will I shop in your store I brought back a stapler and I asked the kid to look it up on my rewards card and stated that he can't. I was told if I didn't have a receipt that they can't do anything for me I explained to him all I wanted to do was exchange it for a new one that actually worked he said we can't do that.
